    I am a patient of this practice and have always made my payments when due and I am now in a situation where I am owed a refund as I either overpaid or my insurance overpaid. I have been very patient and have waited but I keep being given the run around and I have not received my refund and it has now been over 4 months. At one point I have been told to stop calling for updates and they would reach out to me but I never heard from them.

    I only went to this office for about 2 months and quickly figured out it wasn’t an office that I would likely be staying with once the new benefit year started. I spent around $3000 there and still have a laundry list of things I supposedly need done. One of the items needed was a dental implant. I’ve tried to get them to give an estimate or cost for the implant. I’ve asked for a pre determination from the insurance company, the office told me that pre determinations are frowned upon at their office. During our last phone call, the treatment coordinator said she went into another patients chart who was getting an implant to try to give me the cost. Never heard of an office needing to do this. I belong to a social media group where people ask for recommendations and opinions to obtain various services in the area, one of the services often inquired about in the group is dentistry. Since I couldn’t get the cost up front from this office, like anyone else would I sought recommendations and searched elsewhere. Several people commented agreeing that I should be getting the cost up front as well as their experiences at other offices. One of the people that commented was an employee of this office and she suggested this office to which I nor anyone else ever commented on. I found somewhere new to go for the implant and I was given a firm price, called the office to get the referral that was needed, Amanda answered and told me she was having ****** call me back. ****** never called so I texted asking for the referral, no response. I called again for the referral and found out the office blocked my number over me looking to spend my money elsewhere on the implant hence the recommendations that were given to me and the fact that they were unable to give an idea on cost didn’t sound right. I have since found somewhere that doesn’t need a referral as well as a new dentist. At this point, I want nothing to do with this office,I just need all of my records sent to me from them.

    No need to keep attempting to get my records from them as my new office said they can work without them as it’s better to start fresh with a trusted dental provider and I have blocked all forms of contact from the old office at this point.
