I hired Jennie Catherine florals for my wedding on 9/23/23. The ****** (*****) provided incredibly poor quality florals and failed to provide an acceptable installation for the ceremony. ***** and her team left immediately after dropping off the items to make it to another event and were unreachable to remedy the situation. We ended up spending even more money to salvage the poor quality florals ***** provided. A summary of the issues are as follows - (1) Many boutonnires broke before the ceremony even began. We had to use stems from bridesmaids bouquets and pin them on for the ceremony. (2) Both my mother and mother-in-law's corsages had fallen off the cuff before the ceremony began. My mother in laws fell off as soon as she picked it up. (3)The centerpieces contained flowers that were either dead, brown, and/or droopy before the event even began. We had to supplement these centerpieces with other flowers to make them ******. (4) The ceremony installation was completely unusable. Chicken wire was showing. The flowers were dead. And they were not an acceptable height. In fact, our planner had to leave and pick up artificial flowers to use instead due to the poor state of the ceremony pieces. In total, $4,921 was paid. We spoke with ***** after the event and she assured us she would remedy the situation if we reached out the following week. Instead, we sent numerous emails asking for a partial refund ($2,060) before finally getting a response saying she was unable to provide any relief due to running a small business. I instead requested an even smaller refund for the items that were completely unusable ($901). We still have not received a response after 3 months and numbers attempts to make contact. Attaching the contract and images. The florist also advertises themselves as a ********* area provider, but she actually is based in ************** (2 hours away) and would give the pretense of living locally but cancel design meetings at the last minute.

Florist failed to provide contracted flower installations and candles for a wedding on October 22, 2022.Provided low quality products.Services of being punctual on day of wedding and punctuality of responding to messages (day of wedding phone calls to resolve the issues, and emails after the wedding)severely neglected. Flowers were purchased from the florist, and asked to save for donation to a charity.Florist then collected purchased flowers and threw them away at the strike. All 3 of the mother's corsages broke during the ceremony, less than an hour and a half after delivery. At grand entry way to reception space, two asymmetrical floral pieces were to be provided as per the bride during phone conversations, contract and design images. Only one piece was provided to the reception. Bride's bouquet browned within an hour of flowers being delivered. Candles missing from reception tables. In total,$3,975.95 was paid, ($4,041.86 with card service fees). The first portion of $1,703.13 was paid via Stripe on 3/16/22 and the final payment of $2,338.73 was made on 10/11/22 via Stripe. A partial refund was requested at the cost of $1,455.00. Vendor did not respond to all line items that needed resolution (throughout multiple emails and the course of time to have this resolved),and only offered $86 and a donation in our name to the charity. Attached below is the proposal, contract and images.
