    Concerns with the business not providing services when they've documented it has been performed. Business has a gps tracking device with their lawn equipment so being at the said location is not a concern, it's the actual lawn product being applied. I had my suspicions with the business last year and wrote an email saying so, this year when our lawn looked. worse than it did when we didn't have an actual lawn service. How is this possible? It's a local company, so we wanted to support them however how can you support a lawn company when your lawn is growing all sorts of weeds when they said they provided a service to prevent most of them.We cancelled our service, and would like a refund. Service and lawn product was not provided. Attempted to contact the company for an explanation, email attached. Never received a response Also, please note, our next door neighbor was also using their service, and also cancelled early due the amount of weeds in their yard.

    On January 31, 2022 my father, ************************* prepaid $1,110.82 for a full season's lawn care from STL Organic Lawn. My father passed away on 2/4/2022. His passing meant I was going to see the house and would not need the full season lawn care. I contacted the company on 2/14 to ask for a reimbursement. They knew my father, they were very friendly, offering condolences and agreed to a full refund. On 4/1/2022 they refunded back to my father's credit card $413.00. The bank had closed the card and I left only the balance that was to be refunded - $1,110.82. Since the company only refunded $413, there was a balance of $697.82 when it was closed by the bank. I was unaware of the partial refund and remaining balance. I was never contacted by the bank. I have now been contacted by dcm Services, a collection agency for the remaining $697.82. I have no idea what I was only given a partial refund. I have called and left multiple messages. I have tried to contact them via email through their website. The property address was ***********************************************************I would just like to be refunded the amount that was promised to me. The fact is the services were never provided, so I don't understand the partial refund. In fact, the house was sold in April, 2022.

    We have no missed calls or emails of record. Did you try through our website? Im sincerely sorry if your communication was missed.

    ***** was a dear, dear man, we miss him. I reviewed the services and the charges and refund is correct.

    He prepaid for his mowing, weed control & fertilization but would have add on services like leaf removal, mole control,

    aeration and seeding that would use the prepay each season.

    Im including his transaction history for your review. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
