    The business was hired to repair my roof, gutters, and siding after hail damage! I paid out for the completion of the roof and gutters, and even though the siding was done, half ***, it has not been completed fully! There are nails shot into the siding, the white, finishing nails are all visible, Siding has already fallen off of the house since installation, there are places were sight is missing, my ring doorbell was ruined due to them, shoving an inch and a half s**** up through the battery instead of asking me to remove and reattach outside of our front door, the front porch lights were put back up at different levels and originally only one was working after they put them back up, somebody did come back to try and put them up level but upon doing so I have been left with no working porch lights and have been told it must be a fixture, even though both lights worked properly before taking down to put up the new siding! I tried to reach out to the owner of the company, ***** and the lady that was working for him, ****** to set up a time to fix the errors and the siding installation only to be given false hopes and promises! The company they contracted to do the siding did send somebody out to attempt to fix some of the issues, but was told that the company that hired them did not give them all the supplies they needed to complete the job correctly! Since then, the owner and the woman I was left in contact with have stopped returning phone calls and texts! I do not know what to do because they have not been paid for the job because they havent submitted completion forms to my home insurance company, but they will not come out and fix the problems either! I do not know what to do. I just really want the job to be completed properly so that I can pay them for the job and be done with this completely!

    The owner of the company finally responded to my call and has been in contact weekly since initially contacting me! This past week someone showed up to fix the electrical issue with the lights on my front porch and even purchased new ones since the old ones werent reinstalled properly or with the proper hardware! The man that showed up also fixed the siding that had fallen off the house since the original installation of the new siding! He is supposed to be returning this coning week to make right and properly fix a couple other issues on the back of the house! I will continue to update as we proceed with this process!

    When we got started with ********* her insurance company was only paying for her roof and a portion of the siding. It was a back and forth battle that took much longer than typical with her insurance company to approve some additional siding and other miscellaneous items. They ended up approving more of the siding but not all. I knew that ******** really wanted to get rid of her metal siding and go back with a nice marine blue vinyl siding. We went out of our way to make sure this happened, doing the work for much less than what is typical but working with what the insurance approved. We installed all new vinyl siding which looks great but there were a few mishaps along the way. One of her lights was not functioning properly after our siding crew was in and also she was bothered by some of the workmanship on the siding as well. She had left a voicemail on a Friday expressing her concerns and then filing this complaint a day or two after, not really giving us a chance to resolve the issue first. Since then, we have been back to her residence a couple of times to take care of the flickering light and also the few issues with the siding. She has expressed to us that she is now 100% satisfied with our work and that all issues have been addressed. Things can happen but we stand behind our work always and as far as I know, ***************** is very happy with the outcome.
