    I hired this company to install a new roof and I am now having issues with leaking. The roof has a warranty and I have contacted the company so they can come look at it and they have become unresponsive.

    We have been out there multiple times, we don't believe the leak is from us, we are going out again to check on it.  We don't believe it is from what we have done.

    On 9/27/2023 Family First Exterior LLC ******************************. ***** did a roofing job at my home ***************************** ***********. *****. Everything looked good when job was finished paid them $7192.19 for entire job. On 1/30/2024 I noticed the shingles front left on house were raising (bulking) immediately sent ***************** manager a text with picture showing where the shingles had lifted. Tried to contact ***************** 2/7/24 text and *********************** owner by phone 2/7. **** finally responded by text he have someone out on -2/9 that was a no call/no show. I called **** again 2/9 in which he finally answered his phone said he did stop by although no one came to door and nothing on my camera. During our conversation on phone **** asked me what happened to the shingles but since I have no experience in that type of work told him I didnt know! **** said he have someone out week of February 12 never gave exact day. Waited all week no show/noCall. Text **** again that Monday February 19 asking him when he have someone out to address the issue. No text back no call! Called again left message February 21 to ***************** expressing Im getting very frustrated about the way this has been handled. Called *********************** owner left message told her the same. Informed them they need to give me exact day they will be out to fix the roof. Weather has not been a issue because we have been having exceptionally warm days. Maybe one bad day a week. I have had two roofs put on this house but never seen this lifting of shingles before. Did research on-line suggests bad roofing job. In fact, it looks like its getting worse. This is unethical business practice to do this to a customer especially a (senior citizen). This was **** insurance job because a tree had Fell on house.
