    I am filing this formal complaint against *** ********, Owner, and his business due to fraudulent and deceptive practices during an **** transaction. *** purchased collectible items from me and falsely claimed they arrived damaged due to improper packaging. I provided clear evidence that the items were securely packed and shipped in good condition. Despite this, he continued to insist on damages and demanded a full refund.During our communication through ****, *** openly admitted to receiving an additional collectible item mistakenly included in the shipment. Despite acknowledging receipt, he refused to return this item. According to Missouri law (Missouri Revised Statutes *******), knowingly keeping property that was not intended for him constitutes theft.Furthermore, *** attempted to resell the purchased items. After failing to do so, he fabricated claims about their defects to force a return. This action represents clear consumer fraud under Missouri Revised Statutes *******, as it involves deception and misrepresentation with intent to defraud.This incident has caused significant distress to both myself and my spouse, as we are both disabled. Dealing with **** fraudulent practices has exacerbated our health conditions and created undue financial and emotional hardship. We have already engaged ***** ********************************* the **** ************************** for mail fraud investigation, and filed a report with local law enforcement.*** Morbellis actions have not only affected us personally but also undermine trust and integrity in online commerce. We request the BBB investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against *** ******** and his business to prevent similar fraudulent activities affecting other consumers. It is vital that businesses conducting transactions online are held accountable for their actions, particularly when exploiting vulnerable individuals.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

    This process has taken place through **** claims process and I was found to be 100% in the right. **** then provided a shipping label that the seller would not provide. **** stated he is required to perform a refund. He would not refund me so **** took the funds from their account and refunded me.
