  I have used Complete Tree in several occasions. They have provided excellent service at a fair price. I am also impressed by their Crews.

  Be very prepared for this company to destroy your yard and refuse to finish the job or even clean up. Hired them to cut down a tree as well as grind the stump and roots. The first time they came their guys left their trash on my mailbox and broke 2 of my lights I had on the driveway I said nothing because they got the tree down. They couldn't do the stump or roots due to weather no problem. They showed up unannounced weeks later to grind the stump did half of it and left. Then once again came back unannounced 2 days later to finish and only did more of the stump. I couldn't tell you if they completed the stump or not because they decided to spread the wood chips all over my yard. They then sent me an invoice the next day. When I questioned the job because the roots had not been grinded down and my yard was an ABSOLUTE MESS I was told by ***** that he quoted me wrong and should have charged me more also that "he had spent enough man hours at my residence" he said them spreading the wood chips all over my yard was normal. When we first discussed this job he said I would have a hole where the stump was and they would fill that spot with the mulch not the whole entire yard. Their website also states that they FILL THE HOLE with mulch not spread it over the whole yard. When I spoke to him on the phone and told him this was unacceptable he just continued to say "do what u gotta do" so not only did he refuse to do what HE QUOTED but he showed no regard to destroying my yard. Now I'm left with an unfinished job and a mess in my yard that I have to hire somebody else to come fix. Save yourself the aggravation and use somebody else. ***** was beyond unprofessional.

  I never said defiantly I wouldn't finish the work I said I will let you know unfortunately when you have a large ***** with lots of roots when you put the ***** mulch back in the wholes it's going to make it look like a lot of the mulch was spread thought out the yard also there are very few surface roots left and at this time the best way to take care of the yard is to bring in topsoil and spread it around then seed and straw the area that is why I voided the invoice so that money could be used for doing that work I don't know what more we can do but giving there is this nasty review I wouldn't set back on the property

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Well I just read the other reviews and I have to say it is spot on with how I rate Complete Tree service. Extremely quick to respond for the bid and any questions along the way, professional, productive and extremely quick tree removal. Respectful to the property and left the yard looking great. ***** the owner, ****** the office manager, and the very hard working crew are highly recommended by me and I will certainly call them back for any more work in the future.
