    Can't say anything good about this place. Hired them to tint the windows on one of my vehicles. Asked for a quote. Accepted their off and was told that it takes two hours. Scheduled an appointment for 12:00, noon. Had a little extra time and dropped off my vehicle at 10:00 am. So far so good, however, by 3:30 pm I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called to ask when it would be finished. I was told it would be done at 5:00 pm. Scratching my head, I inquired why a two hour quote would take FIVE hours. The receptionist began yelling that I didn't keep my appointment. (Indeed, I kept my appointment. The vehicle was 100% there when it was agreed upon by their quote and our agreement.) When I pointed out that the vehicle was actually there at the scheduled appointment time the receptionist put the owner on the phone who then screamed, literally, SCREAMED, "You are the epitome of what's wrong with this world! I am taking off your tint!" And so, the owner, proceeded to remove the tint from my vehicle that they just installed. I left right away to collect my vehicle. What a chit show. No idea how this place is in business, but good luck to them. I hope they find the kindness in the honey, so to speak.

    We refuse to work with this individual after the way he treated our employees. He was upset because he did not understand the time frame in which we needed his vehicle and became extremely hostile, yelled at us and threatened us. We will not tolerate this sort of behavior and treatment toward our employees so we chose to not work with him. He has now been leaving us bad reviews on every platform that he can to try to damage our reputation because we did not comply with his threats.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This company is flat out lying. I rushed to pick up my vehicle when the owner became hostile and threatening on the telephone. I was entirely civil. This is pure narcissistic projection on his part - accusing the victim of the crime you committed against them. This business has many bad Google reviews. I only left one honest review. This company failed to abide by their own quote and agreement that THEY provided. This company failed to notify the customer that they were modifying their quote and agreement.
