    I hired Phillip, the owner of Phil's Remodeling & Construction, to build my fence. He said it would be $7500 and he wanted half up front and half later. He didn't tell me that the half up front was for the material, and the other half would be for labor. On March 13th he took me to Loews to purchase the material. Throughout the time of him performing the work he was inconsistent in showing up and blamed it on the weather and not having workers. On March 28th, after not showing up for about a week and a half, he demanded more money. I referred back to our agreement of paying half up front and the other half when the work was complete but he insisted I pay a couple thousand dollars for him to finish. When I told him I wouldn't be able to pay that he decided to leave. He has not returned to finished job nor answered when I try to contact him.

    the business wanted $7,500 for the fence to be put up all together. We paid for all of the material out of our pocket so it could be put up. Anyways he wanted $3,750 up front which we paid and the rest when the job is completely done. He worked for a very short time and demands for more money and we refused to give him anymore money until the job was completely done. We asked what he did with the money and he said that he used it for personal bills and gas. When we refused to give him more money he packed up and left. I have a video of him admitting the work he has done is not worth the money that we already gave him. We would like to see at least $2,000 for our newborn baby and we really need our fence put up for the safety of our baby and animals.  It will not let me upload the photos of the work he has done or the video of him admitting that he’s in the wrong.
