    I attached our contract that we have. They did not remove and replace the post like agree in contract. They haven't even finished installing the fence only partially done and the parts that are done are installed incorrectly. We contract to have this fence put in September 2023 in October They took down the old fence. I contacted them a few time to see when they was coming back put. In December they finally came back out. I notice that their was gaps and they was installing the fence wrong. So I stopped them . I left a message for the owner of the company. After weeks and months of text and calls the owner (*************************** ) finally in begining March 2024 came out and took a look and said I was right they was installing it all wrong. He came for a few hours that one day in March and hasn't been back since. I continue to call, text and email the owner and company and neither will respond. My Attorney sent them a letter asking them to either give my money back or fix and finish the fence. They did not respond to my attorney letter either.

    I hired this company on October 18th, 2021 to fix our roof. Our insurance company paid this company $4800.00 to start the work, but they never showed up. They say the delay is due to the rain, and other excuses, this has been ongoing for over 6 months. We have left many messages, but they do not reply to us. The prolonged repair has caused additional damage to our home, which we feel should be repaired by this company.

    The company has not made the repair.  The shingles are tore up now because of the hail and the bad weather.  Now we have holes in our ceiling because the boards on the roof are no good.
