    ***** gave me a bid, which I approved, for removing debris and old much then placing 3 inches of new mulch. When his helper arrived he stated he was only placing mulch. I stopped the job and called *****. He stated there must have been a glitch in the coding and the bid we approved was wrong. FYI when he came to give an estimate he stood outside with me and I showed him the old black plastic and he assured he oh yes that all comes out. Bait and switch? Also the guy who came to do the job had a young teen girl as a helper. Just odd.

    We appreciate your candid feedback, ****, and we apologize for any confusion about the quote we provided. It's important to note that we did send you a contract outlining the scope of work before we began; however, the contract was never signed electronically and returned to our office through our customer portal from which it was delivered, which *** have resulted in some confusion about your project. Although we did speak to you in person about the work we would perform, it was disappointing to learn later that we had a misunderstanding about the removal of the old mulch from your property. When you informed us that you wanted this completed in addition to the services we provided, we were unable to do this for you at the same price, which we understand was disappointing. We hope this information is helpful, and again were very sorry about any miscommunication that *** have started on our part.

    I did not receive services for the month of October. I didn't pay the invoice that was sent for payment. No one step foot on my property. I simply and not going to pay for services not rendered. They stopped out of the blue on my other property at the end of August. I stopped paying. My children and spouse reported that when they was on our property, they basically run their zero turn machine around the property, they did not trim, they did not blow off our drive, nothing. I am not a complainer, I simply don't pay for non service. Now they have me in collections. I am disputing the collection.

    Were very sorry that you feel that you had a bad experience. All of our contracts clearly state how we send out invoices, it's flat invoicing so you may have an invoice on a month or we don't come out based on when the seasonal visits stopped. All of our customers are invoiced this way, that way they pay the same amount every month instead of varying amounts per month because there are different number of visits each month. Your second property we stopped servicing was due to multiple problems with trash and toys left in the lawn. There were dirty diapers once that we had to either clean up or avoid hitting with the mower. We brought this to your attention multiple times and you said it was going to be resolved but unfortunately it never was. The last time that we were there, and the reason we stopped mowing was because there was a barbecue grill and a dog chain left in the grass and the dog chain could cause severe damage to a mower deck, and we just cannot afford to continue servicing a yard that has potential to destroy or damage part of a mower.

    The Ground Guys did a great job tearing out the old landscaping around my business and replacing it. It has improved the look of the entire building! Thanks Guys!
