    There are not any reading put on on our water bill each month. I honestly feel that the people who are struggle are not getting their bill and when they contact management she does not answer their calls. She is overcharging the ones who receives a bills. There is activity going on here that we have complained about like drugs. I would like for him to talk with us, and explain he is charging for a gallon of water.

    This email is to serve as a response to Miss ******* complaint dated 1/24/2023.  City of ********** reads water meters once a month at ********** *** then emails the reading to our office then we use the City of ********** water billing cost sheet ( see attached) to figure the water bills, a copy of Miss ******* usage reading has been sent to Miss ***** numerous times. Please advise if anything further is needed.

    This complaint is in regards to water bill. I paid $80 on 10/1. My new bill is due on 11/7. They are trying to say I owe $119 for October. Now they are threatening to turn it off. The meter is cracked. They claim the meter was changed out but the guy that's supposed to change it said he did not change it. I have never seen them change the meter.
