    agreed to buy used rv, but before taking possession, wanted a/c fixed, vibrating driver mirror fixed, vibrating dash fixed, awning lock fixed. I had bought an extended warranty so they assured me that it was ok to take it home and anything that needs fixing would be covered! first thing the wind unrolled the awning onto the top of the rv, took it back. they put a new one on and charged me a deductible and got paid by the warranty. next it turned hot outside and the A/C didn't work, which again I had asked to be fixed before, and again I had to use the Warranty to get fixed! next the windshield came out. they couldn't fix that. after having it reset 5-6 times and being down for months at a time, my Son figured out that the Dash was broke lose from the frame and after he worked on it we finally got to see the country. he also figured out that the vibrating Mirror was due to being ripped off by an accident before I got it. it had also gotten water inside the skin of the ** siding while it was off. it had mold inside. tried to claim it from insurance, but it was previous damage. repair shop said $20,000 to fix. they couldn't get me off their lot fast enough! Just want everyone to know who and what this place is like! I have never filed a complaint like this before, and to give them some credit that the ****************** never billed me for the numerous times that they reset the windshield I am sure that they covered the costs, but now I know why they tried so hard to sell me on the windshield warranty. I didn't think I needed it, but they knew!
