      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!
      This guy has no idea what he is doing and has completely messed up multiple property lines in our neighborhood!!! NIGHTMARE!!!
      Almost 3 years ago we had nextdoor neighbors who were disputing our property line between our houses.
      They called Huffman to come do a total survey on their property to determine proper boundaries. The neighbors actually asked me to pay half ($800) to get it done...
      Huffman came out and spent hours measuring, looking, more measurements, more looking... They placed flags and buried metal stakes in the neighbors yard at all 4 corners and along the lines.
      With the survey being done and everything flagged, we all agreed that the boundaries were clear and marked.
      The house nextdoor has sold 3 times since the people who ordered the survey.

      Our Current nextdoor neighbors are putting up a fence on back half of their property and measurements weren't adding up...
      They called the SAME GUY (Huffman) to come do a new survey and it turns out he was off from the middle to the back by 10 FEET!!!???? WTF
      10 feet my direction!?!?
      (NEXTDOOR IS 3 ACRES AND SO AM I)
      This incompetent company and their poor work practice has me at about a 3500 sf loss of land??????!!!!!
      I called to ask Huffman how he could possibly be off by such a large amount and he tried using the excuse that he "didn't use my GPS equipment the first time" and "we didn't measure it from the right area the first time" and "we found your original back marker laying down and that might have thrown off our numbers "
      NOTHING BUT BULLSHIT EXCUSES!!!
      I told him that I wasn't going to just accept the Excuses and wanted more answers, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!
