  I started the service with Pro Turf with an automatic deduction from my checking account but told I can cancel at any time. I submitted complaints multiple times when I noticed the gentlemen send out were not spraying the yard even my neighbors stated this company comes out but is not spraying terrible company. The gentlemen were older and seemed having a hard time spraying or pulling the sprayer. I also asked about my back yard and grubs the yard was being torn apart. I was told no grubs this stuff just happens. I have a new company the yard is looking great. Now Proturf is sending a bill for $118.52 stating I cancelled my contract and need to pay unless I will be tunred to collections. I have never been turned to collections. If need be I will get an attorney. Poor service.

  I had a one year service with Pro Turf LAWN Services. At the end of the year I see no change in my lawn. I wasted time and money on this company. Just wanted to let others know not to use this company.

  We are in in receipt of complaint #183245 This client is a first-year customer of ours. It can take 2-3 years for a lawn to become established to chemical treatment. Lawns are a lot of work, and they require a partnership. Many things can cause weeds in the lawn such as mowing the lawn and spreading the weed seeds throughout other areas of the lawn, mowing to low, poor soil conditions and even the wind. We use a weed control as we do not want to kill the grass below those weeds in the lawn. It can take a while for them to go away fully as it may require round up or an aeration and seeding to help thicken up the lawn, so the weeds do not grow through as much. A seeding is recommended every other year, and an aeration is recommended every year to help oxygen get to the roots better. Every lawn is different and may not response like others, but it takes dedication and patience to get your lawn where you want it to be. We are happy to address any concerns our customers may have about the condition of their lawn.

  I do not recommend Pro Turf for lawn care! They quoted me a price for the work, then demanded more money after I cancelled their service two years later. After cancelling their service, I was informed that I still owed them $79.80. During the time of the service, my payments were automatically charged to my credit card at the rate I agreed to pay. After I cancelled their service, I received a statement from them showing an inflated rate for their services going back to the time they were started. I tried to explain the problem to them, but they were determined to extort more money from me. I kept all my receipts and I knew I had paid the correct amount the first time, then they raised the price after I cancelled.

  Randy thank you for reaching out. It looks like on March 7,2022 you signed up for lawn service. At that time you set up monthly installment plan where they take your yearly cost and spread it out into monthly payments. Depending on how many applications were applied and how many payment were made there could be a credit or debit on your account.   Company falsely showed up to my property and applied products. Then tried sending me a bill for these unrequested services. They have now harassed me with calls to the point I am filing complaints and leaving reviews.

  Thank you for letting me know about a concern you had with your account. I did listen to the sales call you had with our salesman on 12/05/2022. At that time the customer signed up for 7 lawn applications at $67.00 an application. The customer gave us his address, phone number, email address and also let us know that they have a french drain in the backyard. The salesman let the customer know that we will stay away from them if we did aeration and seedings in the fall. Customer then said that he might be putting rock in his lawn and wanted to know if the price will go down since there is less space that will be treated. Salesman explain how our pricing works. After verify all the customer information the salesman did let the customer know that all ********************** will auto renew from season to season. As a reminder we emailed the customer a confirmation letter with the applications that he sign up for and mailed a pre-pay letter on 01/10/2023. At no time did the customer contacted us or told us they no longer wanted service.
