Do NOT use this company. They are absolute crooks. We scheduled them to come out and service our washer and dryer. The dryer's heating element had stopped working, but the washer was just being buggy and sporadically stopping mid-cycle. Nearly $500 later, they fixed the dryer and said they made adjustments to the washer "as a courtesy" because there was a minor recall on the locking element of the washer. The day after they left, I realized that they had actually made the washer WORSE and now I have to weigh down the lid to prevent it from stopping mid-cycle. When I called to ask them to come back out and fix what they had made worse, they refused to do so without me paying again for the service call. Yes - you heard that right. They wanted us to pay $100+ AGAIN to have them come back out and fix something they broke. Run - don't walk - away from this company.

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding our recent visit to service your appliances. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. During our service call to address your dryer, our technician identified and replaced a faulty heating element, ensuring your dryer was fully operational before departing. Aware of the importance of maintenance, he also recommended cleaning the dryer vent system to enhance your dryer's efficiency and safety. In addition to servicing your dryer, you pointed out an issue with your washer's lid lock. Our technician was already familiar with a service bulletin for your model and performed a quick assessment and adjustment at no additional cost to you. This was done as a courtesy, and it's important to note that the adjustment made was based on specific guidelines from the manufacturer related to the service bulletin and was not intended as a comprehensive repair. If the problem persists, it suggests there may be a deeper underlying issue which would require a full diagnostic evaluation to accurately identify and resolve. As per our policy, any further diagnostics or repairs beyond what was performed as a courtesy would be subject to a service charge. This policy allows us to maintain a high standard of service and ensure that our technicians are available to assist all customers with their appliance needs. We value your business and are committed to providing reliable service. If you wish to discuss this matter further or schedule another service visit, please contact our customer service team.

SEARCH REVIEWS FROM LOWEST TO HIGHEST AND YOU WILL BE INFORMED. AVOID BEING OVERCHARGED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
COMPANY RESPONSE IS FULL OF FALSE STATEMENTS - THEY WANTED $1200 EVERY 6-12 MONTHS.
THREE REPUTABLE COMPANIES LOOKED AT MY DRYER VENT AND ALL QUOTED $199-299. JOB PERFORMED FOR &149. UNETHICAL - SCROLL DOWN FOR OTHER BAD REVIEWS
This company tried to charge me $1200 for dryer vent cleaning and told me I should do this service every 6-12 months. I called three other companies and was quoted $199-$299. I hired another company and they performed this five minute service for actually $149. Avoid this company (in my opinion) sizes you up and get as much as they can from you. Called the company before posting this review and the owner elected not to return my call. Don’t be taken by this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value the opportunity to clarify the details surrounding the service we provided. Our company prioritizes safety and thoroughness, particularly given that clogged dryer vents are a leading cause of home fires. When our technician visited your home, they found significant blockage in your dryer vent system, indicated by a blinking flow sense light and a D80 error code, which suggests an 80% blockage. This diagnosis, along with the need for a new vent hose and the damaged state of your internal vent system, necessitated a comprehensive approach to the service. Additionally, the unique installation of your dryer, positioned in a tight space and requiring the removal and disassembly of the stacked washer and dryer, demanded a second technician and careful handling to prevent damage to your appliances and home. The estimate provided was based on a detailed assessment of these specific needs, including the repair and replacement of parts and the cleaning of the vent system. Our pricing reflects the extensive diagnostics, skilled labor, and the high standard of safety and quality we adhere to. Regarding our previous interactions, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you again, despite past challenges with collecting payment for our work. We strive to maintain a professional relationship and provide reliable service to all our customers. Our aim is to ensure the longevity and safety of your appliances, guided by our owner's philosophy that a great technician not only fixes the appliance but also addresses the underlying issues to prevent future failures. We are committed to delivering this level of service to all our customers. If you have any additional concerns or questions regarding our service, please contact us directly. Thank you again for your feedback, and have a good day.

Tim was very knowledgeable, polite, punctual and professional. Even though the service involved three trips because of parts needing to be ordered, I still think he did a good job getting my microwave that was not working fixed. There was not a long wait time for getting parts in, which I appreciated. When he was done, I understood more about how the microwave works. I debated on whether to buy a new microwave rather than repair it, but the online reviews, even the best rated microwaves, were not very favorable. Hopefully the microwave will last a few more years beyond the company's 90-day warranty period.

Thank you so much for your positive review of our service! We are thrilled to hear that you found Tim knowledgeable, polite, punctual and professional. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for parts, so we are glad that the process was not too long for you. We appreciate that you chose to repair your microwave rather than buy a new one, and we hope it lasts for many years beyond the warranty period. Thank you for your support!

We have reviewed your claims and find them troubling and highly unlikely to be true since we pride ourselves on the trustworthiness and professionalism of our team. Upon a thorough check of our records, we cannot find any service history or correspondence with a customer with your name. As such, we question the authenticity of your claims. Our technicians undergo strict background checks, are very well-paid, and their track record speaks to their honesty and dedication. This is a serious accusation, and we find it extremely implausible that one of our technicians would act in the manner you've described. Given that we have no record of providing service to you, we strongly urge you to review the details of your complaint and ensure that you are addressing the correct business. False claims can cause unwarranted harm and damage to a reputable company and its employees. We expect a swift rectification of this situation.

TERRIBLE company!! $400 for a new control panel. Now the heating element no longer works, since the changed the control panel. Refuse to repair without additional charge. Blamed GE for building an inferior product.

Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate the opportunity to clear up any confusion. We ran our initial call for your dishwasher on March 8. The complaint for the unit was the dishwasher was not starting its cycle and the panel was dead. Our tech, an expert who is a Certified Master Technician, diagnosed the unit as needing a new user interface and main pcb. We did not collect any payment. The two parts we ordered took a few days to arrive. After receiving the parts, we scheduled the parts installation for March 21. Our tech installed the parts and tested the unit. Everything tested great. We collected the total repair cost for parts, labor, service call fee, tax and shipping, which was $382.91.You called back late in the afternoon on Friday, March 24 and said your dishwasher wasnt heating. Since we dont run calls on weekends, we offered you our first availability on Monday, March 27. You chose the date of Thursday, March 30.The same Certified Master Technician who diagnosed your dishwasher arrived on March 30 to check out your complaint that the dishwasher was not heating. Our tech confirmed that the unit was heating and found a No Fault Found with the unit. No Fault Found means the unit is functioning as designed when our tech is standing in front of the appliance. After discussing his diagnosis with your wife, your wife told our technician she was happy with how the unit was working. We did not charge you anything. You called our office about 4:10 on March 30 and said the dishwasher was not drying your dishes. You demanded we send out a different technician. We told you we would send out the second tech, have him diagnose the unit and call GE tech support to confirm his diagnosis. We told you if we found a No Fault Found we would charge you another service call fee. We would only charge you another service call fee if we found a No Fault Found and GEs tech support agreed with our diagnosis. If we would have found an issue with the heating element we would not have charged you another service call fee. We were very clear about this in our phone conversation. As far as an inferior product, we do not build or design the appliances. We dont have any say in how they function or work. We just show up and fix them.

You purchased a dryer online on January 11. Within minutes, we were at your home delivering and installing the dryer. Our tech recommended you purchase a new dryer vent kit (dryer vent hose and clamps), but you declined. When your hose came loose from your dryer, we came out the next day and installed a clamp. Again, we advised you to purchased a new dryer vent hose, but you declined. The next day your dryer vent hose ripped because you, as we advised, needed a new dryer vent hose. You were screaming at our dispatchers because you were having the issue we tried to prevent by advising you to purchase a new dryer vent kit. Were perplexed how you could say negative things about our company. We sold you a state-of-the-art dryer, delivered and installed it within an hour and offered expert advice to try to prevent the issue you experienced. We even registered your dryer for its warranty.
