    I stayed at Crown Mobile from June 2023 til the beginning of January 2024. They are refusing to answer/return any phone calls and emails. They haven’t sent me my security deposit or reason they are withholding it. I had a former co-worker who still lives in the area stop in and talked with the manager (***** who stated that they sent the check out and it was cashed. I never received a check more cashed one. I requested in an email and left a voice message that i would need a copy of the cashed check so i could file a police report. As of this time i still have not had any response from the company or their management staff.

    I have heard back through the Missouri Attorney Generals office. Crown Mobile and RV Park told them they are withholding my Security deposit due to not paying my last bill. I have attached the bill Crown Mobile sent the AG. If you look on the bill you will see where they wrote the date they received my check and the check number. I’m also attaching the copy of the check from my bank that matches what they wrote and the amount of the bill. I believe they are doing this because they know it’s not cost effective for me to drive back to Belton, MO and i feel if they are doing this to me they have done this to others.
