    In February, I hired this business to remove several trees, grind down the stumps, and deliver topsoil. The initial communication was prompt and professional, and the quote seemed reasonable. However, upon returning home after the work was allegedly completed, the topsoil I paid $755 for was never delivered. The owner claimed it had been “mixed in” with the existing soil, which was clearly not the case. I think I would notice 5 Yards of topsoil. **** ensured me they would return to complete grinding of stumps and deliver topsoil. I attempted to follow up for nearly a month without a response. Text to his personal phone and calls to the front desk. He finally responded and showed up one morning only to ask what needed to be done—despite it having been discussed multiple times. He promised to come back with his crew and with topsoil but never did, nor did he respond further. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company as this is theft.

    This issue has been resolved. Thank you for sending the email to them. They refunded my money very quickly after receiving.

    ***** ***** **** *******, owned and operated by **** ********** performed tree work at our home, July 31, 2023. Our driveway was used by the massive, fully loaded grappling truck. In doing so, the weight of the truck sunk into the driveway as well as the stabilizing footings. It resulted in a huge hole and several crumbled, and sunken areas in the driveway. Mr. ********* became aware of the situation immediately and told us to get it repaired and he would pay for the damages. We had the repairs done October 30, 2023 amounting to $3500.00 and paid for it. We mailed the receipt to Mr. ********* that day, per his instruction. We have been in contact with Mr. ********* weekly since the first of November and been told misleading information about where the check is and when it might arrive. On December 19, 2023 we mailed a preaddressed and stamped envelope and note requesting reimbursement for driveway repairs. We have not received payment to date.

    During the week of October 24, 2022 Happy Lemon Tree Service crew trimmed several large limbs from the tree on my next door neighbor's property (at **** ** **** *** ******** ****). One of the limbs hit my house. It damaged my roof gutter, the gutter screens, and part of the radon gas removal system that is attached to the outside of my house. The Happy Lemon crew caused the damage. I believe that Happy Lemon should be responsible for paying for the cost of the repair of the damage. I have reached out to Happy Lemon several times about this. They have not done anything to address this.
