    There was a car accident that my vehicle was involved in and it was towed by this company on March 16. The vehicle has been with the tow company since then. I have a letter from the insurance company stating that it needs to be moved for repair (radiator) and for the fees to be kept down but the Perry County Towing company will not release it. I have tried calling and have not been successful. They have been giving me the run around. In the meantime the storage fees continue to add up. I even offered to give him $500 to release the vehicle. I believe he is keeping it so that the storage fees accumulate and I will owe him more.

    She has her truck back.  It wasn't her fault.  It is $85 a day storage so I told her to get a hold of her insurance.

    I have my truck back now. But, before that we were run around for over a month. I was told we could pay $500 & pick it up. I even had someone go out there to get it & they refused to accept payment & allow it to be picked up. I was finally able to go to their lot after I knew the insurance had paid them for storage & delivery. I was still told they hadn't received the check. After leaving I received a call that they had received the check & would be delivering my truck that evening. I don't believe I would have gotten my truck back yet if I hadn't gone out there to confront them about it.
