    I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze from this dealer. I trusted this dealer because he would approve me for a vehicle with zero down, and I needed to get in a car ASAP due to a wreck causing my previous car to become undrivable. I was told that the car was in stellar condition except for a few (minor) cosmetic details, and that was okay by me. But a month of driving made me realize there were various mechanical issues, including assumed transmission issues, engine issues, and lots of other under-the-hood problems. I believe these details were hidden from me at the time of sale and I was not given full transparency. I feel like I was being taken advantage of so he could make a sale and I was pressured to give him a five-star review on ******, which I did not do, but I didn't leave a review at all. Not to mention, he was very weird and creepy towards me, to be frank. The sale transaction went smoothly but I am highly disappointed for not being told everything about the car. I have a warranty for it so repairs won't be fully out of my pocket, but that's not the point. It is now a money pit for me and important details were withheld from me.

    THIS IS NOT THE WAY ANY OF THIS NEGITIVITY WENT DOWN. 

    AS YOU CAN SEE IN ATTACHMENTS...THE FIRST TIME I HEARD FROM CUSTOMER WAS ON SUNDAY MORNING AT 8AM ON 8/20/2023. I IMMEDIATELY TRIED CALLING HER BACK AND THEN SENT A TEXT TO CUSTOMER? I WAS CONCERNED AND HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM HER. I TRUELY CARE FOR ALL MY CUSTOMERS!!

    AS FAR AS THE MECHANICAL ISSUES THAT I "HID" FROM THE CUSTOMER...I HID NOTHING. THE CUSTOMER ACTUALLY TOOK IT DOWN THE STREET TO HER MECHANIC AND THE MECHANIC SAID IT WAS A GOOD CAR. HE PERSONALLY TOLD YOU THAT HE DID NOT LIKE WORKING ON CHEVY CRUZES BUT THAT DIDNT DETER YOU FROM BUYING IT. YOU WERE GIVEN FULL TRANSPARENCY BY ME. DID I PRESSURE YOU FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW, NO. DID I ASK MANY TIMES, YES!! AS A NEW BUSINESS IT IS OUR LIFE LINE. I WOULD BE WRONG NOT ASKING YOU FOR IT.  

    I FEEL THE CREEPY THING IS TOTAL BLASPHEMY....AS THE CUSTOMERS MOTHER WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME. I DO BELIEVE THAT PART WAS THROWN IN THERE TO HURT ME AND MY BUSINESS MORE. 

    SHE HAS A GREAT WARRANTY, ITS ZERO DEDUCTIBLE AND CAN BE USED ANYWHERE SHE WOULD LIKE.
