    May 13hired this contractors company quoted $70, required $8 down paid May 13 finish up work I had started painting install lights closet org remodel 2 bathrooms replace carpet take soffit down kitchen we had agreed during the initial quote .I believe he took advantage of me I was diagnosed stage 4b doing chemo through this . He promised 6 mths . Third wk of May big dumpster deliv to my house.5-22 he tore down drywall on6-20 I texted asking how its going I knew he was only there 2 days the dumpster was full not with my stuff he told me he was finishing up a job splits dumpster cost.6-25 he ask for $15,000 to dive into the house7-25 I asked him for the contract & drawings he promised ignored me went to see whats going on still same except downstairs is flooded no show 2wks Sept 3 He asked for $12,000 for supplies. Sept 15 caught him carrying my oak cabinets from my bathrooms to his trailer I ask him if he sold them (replies )taking to his shop to make something. He brought back 2wks left them in my garage10-20 downstairs torn up no show 29 days Oct 31 I text because internet not working he unplugged to spray . Nov 8 ask for $12,000 needs supplies. No change ***** receive text drywall done this wk 1-10 he needs $12,000 to finish 1-20 wants remaining $8,000 for carpet I asked him why am I paying you full house nowhere done (No response)3-5 I noticed he stole all doors replaced with hollow that are to short to big wont close no handles I confronted him about my ************ he has taken (response you paid me by the job not hr asked for receipts none of my business he said paid himself $46,000 labor through a fit left came back 30 days later4-11 taking paint Finally left 5-20 . Destroyed my home unlivable elect no junction boxes no railings trim taken off doors windows missing cabinets toilets exhaust in attic plugs hot ,flooring lifted not finished half the garage ceiling torn up wires hanging from ceiling left $10blinds took my expensive
