    I paid $400 to have a truck wheel shipped to me on 5/8/24. Since this processing the payment they will not respond to email, voicemail or ******** messenger messages when I ask for an update on the shipment. Their phone system has an automated message that I am yet to have someone answer or return a call.

    I purchased new wheel and tires for my 2022 Yukon , which I came to his facility in *****, **. His salesman, **** sold me the wheels and tires and said he would sell my factory take offs for me and let me know when they were sold. Well, I kept checking back in and **** had not sold them for me, and in that time frame he was no longer with the company but informed me my wheels and tires were still there when he left and got me in contact with the owner ****. I reached out to **** and he said he would get the issue resolved, in fact I reached out to another salesman ******* and he informed ********** was still waiting to either pick up my factory wheel and tires or be paid for them. In the meantime **** informed me he can not locate them but he seen the messages from his previous employee stating he was trying to sell them for me but had no luck but they were still located at ***** facitlty when he left. I have yet to hear back from **** and also his other employee ******* will not return my calls or texts. I feel this buisness based upon other reviews has sold my wheels and tires and pocketed the money, Im trying to avoid legal action but I want either my wheelsd and tires back or a refund. I have been a customer here before and **** even stated he remembered me,but here we are months later and nothing.

    I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this place and it is well known to have the worst customer service. It is very unprofessional with not only customer service, but violations regarding OSHA regulations and practices. This business refuses to contact, answer, nor reply regarding on going issues. They were suppose to return shocks that were ordered back in May **** and werent received until August ****, and now can not get a simply reply or answer. The owner has no professionalism and the warehouse is deemed very unsafe.
