    Cahili was subctracted by Spectrum to put fiber optic lines in our neighborhood. The workers cut our water line that is run by a well. We had fixed by ******************* so our neighborhood can have water. We submitted bill to Cahili Utility and they agreed to pay. Weeks went by and no payment. We contaced again the owner stated he didnt think it should of been that much and agreed to pay. Weeks went by and still no payment, we sent email and call he again stated he would mail a check. He is now not answering the phone and has not paid.
