    This contractor installed a new unit for me in June 23 and it quit working in January 24. He stated verbally and in writing that the unit was under warranty for 2 yrs free parts and labor. I tried contacting them by phone, texts and email. They never returned any. I had to hire another contractor to repair the unit. I do not recommend this contractor.

    Let me start by saying we apologize for the confusion and inconvenience in this situation. Due to events that happened that were out of my control I was unavailable to get to ********************* issue with his system in a timely manner as we both would have liked. We did reach out to him and was told another company had made a repair. I offered to reimburse him for the cost of the bill he received but before I was able to send the customer a check I received another call from the customer stating the unit wasn't operational once again. I personally went to diagnosis the situation and found the unit had a compressor failure and after further inspection found improperly installed component parts that were installed by the company that had came out to look at the system. At that moment our company could have decided to walk away from the situation and would be free from the warranty agreement but in order to satisfy the customer I returned with an entire band new unit at absolutely no cost to the customer and installed it. I feel we went above and beyond to render a good and satisfying outcome. I again want to apologize for the inconvenience.

    After replacement was made customer agreed to remove bad reviews hebhad posted all over the internet. Problem was solved and customer didnt follow up on his part of the deal.
