    ******* ***** at advance flooring and remodeling on April 28, 2022 insisted upon a deposit to hold my place in line till they could come do the construction work we had agreed upon. One time he sent two workers for a total of three hours each equaling six hours, and has never been back since! Literally, he has been promising to pay me almost every day for almost a year to the day, and I have never gotten a dime back. I spoke to his father, and he said he’s done this before to several people! He owes me $1658 to this day!!! All he’s done is lie, say he would meet me and waste my time.

    Yes I did do a contract with *** *****'s and did request a deposit . And the deposit was nonrefundable.  I had stated to her because she was wanting it done earlier and I said that I could send my other crew out there and they did go .half way through the day she had kept on complaining to the men I had out the and saying racial slurs to the the job Forman was black and then around 2 pm she told be that she didn't want them out there anymore . Because she started they did not do anything once arriving to a job that no one has seen before the person will go in and access the job and determine what all to unload from there truck . So once they had gotten there they did that and unloaded what they needed for the job and just started actually working around noon. But with her saying the racial slurs to my coworkers was very unacceptable.  I have other crew member who are black as well and did not want to offend them either I did agree to come out myself and the she kept demanding the non refundable deposit back .
