    One of the worst places to live! Property is cheaply put together and the management is rude! You pay for pest control only to still have rodents in your home these people will milk you for every dime they can. Also during the hot summer months they had 20+ residents air conditioning go out and only have one maintenance guy to fix it. The guy is an older man so putting all of that on him was insane and it shows how much they care. Animal feces is all over they don’t enforce residents to pick up after their dogs so if you have kids it’ll be very difficult for them to play outside. The location is the great thing about living here. Also they’ve gone through at least 5 property managers in the 2 years I’ve lived there. Nothing has changed they will say anything to get your money please don’t believe them. You’ll be paying for services that you don’t even receive such as the pest control. We’ve stayed there for 2 years and I only seen them come out and spray once. These people are liars run!
