      I took my vehicle for repairs back in December 2024 & was told that they could fix my vehicle. After several months, my vehicle has not been fixed & I had to take it back a couple of times to fully fix the problem after it was released to me under the impression it was repaired. I've spent over $3k at this point, had to find parts for the mechanic & as of this writing, I still do NOT have my vehicle in my possession. I was told my vehicle would be repaired timely (after finding & delivering aforementioned part earlier) & it still has not been released back to me. The mechanic tells me one thing but their actions are the complete opposite.

      I wouldn't charge him for labor due to the time frame that the cam p asers failed. I warrantied my labor and only charged him for the parts. With that being said I didn't even mark

      thepartsup. I don't know why he wants a refund as the only thing charged was for parts that are installed onhisvehicle. The customer picked up his vehicle on the 23rd of thismonth. I have attached invoices for the receipts for further review. If you need anything else from me, please let meknow.

      I am rejecting this response because: I dropped my vehicle off on April 3rd & received it back on April 23rd. It was originally dropped off on 2 separate occasions (by appointment) that they never looked at it like they said they would which delayed the repairs even further.

      I had bought the suv from the mechanic josh around beginning of this year with taxes to have a good car for me and my children. I didn’t have it for 6 months started to have issues with it so I took it to him and he looked into said it was the timing chains it was covered under warranty found out the part he put on them when he rebuilt suv engine was a cheap part so he got better one. So he went out of town find out another mechanic messed up putting chains on so they had redo it. I left with it drove 10 mins to store and a part came off spilling fluid on pavement so went back have that fixed. Ended up more issues taking it home again brought back no uodate for 2 weeks it’s been shop my husband called got upset when josh told him timing chians messed up our engine now there’s metal in our oil pan camshaft and chain so now me and my kids have been without a car few months.

      Hi I’m letting you know I got a response back from elmerald and since my car has lot issues and I ain’t got money to repair what needs to be done I sold the suv to the shop owner back to him as I had bought it from him for 1000.00.
