    Full fence tear out and install of 4’steel fencing was done at end of Dec, 2024. I paid Corner Post $8400 upon completion of the job. The job is supposed to have a 12 month guarantee. On Feb 24, 2025 I reached out to Jacob because I have 2 gates that are not working properly. One is dragging the ground and can’t be opened properly, the other will not latch because with the warmer weather, things shifted and are no longer aligned. I reached out to Jacob via phone and text multiple times and he assured me on 5 different occasions that they would be here to fix it and they haven’t shown up or communicated when they plan to. The fix does not appear to be a simple adjustment, I have tried. The gates were fabricated on site and need to be modified using skills and tools that I don’t have. My yard backs up to a busy road and without a secure gate I am worried about keeping my dogs safe. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the level of customer service I have received after the sale. I’m now left to figure out a solution on my own.
