  Where to even start I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Since I have lived in this apartment 9/22, I have had nothing but problems with them. I have been out of power for 9 days in November 22 due to their deck guys replacing the decks and hitting my power line to my apartment so I lost all my food with no reimbursement. Then in April of 23, my fridge went out and it took 9 days to get a new one and therefore I lost all my food in my fridge AGAIN with no reimbursement, then in may or June, my air conditioner went out for 9 days (9 seems to be the magic number) before it got fixed. And before they come here and say some nonsense, MY lease that I signed through atlas property management before ** took it over, did NOT require renters to have renters insurance. My rent had always been paid but I did have some late fees that were due and when I paid my march rent, before march even had arrived, they put my rent towards whatever else they felt they wanted to even though it clearly stated it was to be used to for march rent ONLY. Next thing I know, Im being drug to court for an eviction for rent that was paid. Had to use 3/4 of my may rent to go back to court and fast forward to today, still going to court and this company expecting my WHOLE check every pay period for back rent and still kick me out at the end of my lease with no way to get a new place to live. Moral of the story, do not rent with this corrupt company

  THIS COMPANY ALSO ENGAGES IN RENTALS AND THEY TAKE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND KEEP IT AND DON'T RENT TO YOU. THEIR WEBSITE "The credit score we would like to see is an average of 550 or higher combined.' 'Have you had any issues/problems with your current or past landlords including but not limited to: Late Payments, Late Notices, Eviction Notices Given (example: 3 day pay or quit notice), Rent and Possession Filing, Unlawful Detainer Filing, Landlord Complaint Filing? " I DID NOT HAVE NEITHER (MY CREDIT SCORE WAS OVER 550 AND THERE WAS AN ILLEGAL FILING ON *****************) OF THESE BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE APPLICATION FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY DENIED ME FALSELY. BE WARNED THAT THE ************ ******** OFFICE ENGAGES IN UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES!

We never took a security deposit from you. You paid a $60.00 non-refundable application fee. You did not meet our rental criteria. Our office does not engage in any unethical practices and we offer housing to anyone meeting our rental criteria. We wish you the best in your future.

  We have had great service with CJ Rentals. From the move-in, you some maintenance issues and then just recently an issue that ***** helped with.I really appreciate all the help we have received. They are the second place we have lived in since 4/2019. CJ Rentals takes maintenance seriously.

  Deserves 0 stars!! I had a move in date for 8/1/22 on that day the home was not move in ready after being told it would be when I paid my deposit of **** on 7/20/22. Squatters had broken into the home through the basement and had been staying in the home. I was told that the windows would be replaced but werent. They were boarded up with old wood and not secured properly. I was told the the owner did not want to replace the window because theyll be broken out again. These people wanted me to move my family into an unsecured home then refused to give me my full deposit back. I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING, PICS AS WELL!
