5 starsHeath inspected my home recently and I'm very satisfied with the work. He was professional in communication leading up, accommodated a weekend visit on short notice and let me know exactly what to expect. During the inspection he walked me through areas that might be a concern now or in the future and was very clear about the severity and timeline of when it should be addressed. He also let me know when things were in good to great condition and how I should plan for preventative maintenance to keep it that way. Everything was presented in a way a non-professional could understand including the report. The report was very clear and echoed everything Heath addressed with me onsite, giving additional information on how to maintain my home. I would highly recommend his services.

5 starsBrothers certified home inspection did a wonderful job on our new home. Heath was very helpful and thorough thru entire process. He was able to come out on a specific time and day. I also wanted to add a sewer inspection last minute that I was having trouble scheduling. But Heath was able to make it happen with a sewer company they work with. 5 starsHeath was a great communicator, punctual, and was flexible enough to work in my inspection when I had a very tight timeline. 5 starsIf you want to purchase your new home with confidence, choose Brothers to do your home inspection! They are through and knowledgeable. We had the privilege of having ***** check out the home we were purchasing. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He was very informative and detailed in his descriptions of the issues he found. He even took the time to advise us as to how to begin to have them remedied. Purchasing a house is a big investment, its important to have honest, knowledge professionals to help guide you in the decision making process.
