At the end July 2024, I contacted Blue Springs Ford looking for a Mach E. The first vehicle I was shown and agreed to moving forward with ended up having a lemon buy back. I was told the issue was fixed. I followed up in person after being strung along to only find out this car was ready fixed. A second car was offered, which was also a lemon buy back but again was told this issue (battery) had been fixed and there would be no additional issues. The car at time of pick up was fully charged and showed a range of 300 miles. Since then my range at full charge has continued to decline. I now only have 217 miles at a full charge. When googling this cars range I says I should have a 320 mile range. I believe the issue is still present. I contacted my salesperson, Trent Walker, as well as the Sales Manager regarding the issue and stated I wanted out of this vehicle because the issue was not fixed. I am now seeking suit against this dealership and stated so on my second voicemail with this company as I was deceived.Business Response

On Nov 29/30, 2024 we stopped at Blue Springs Ford Service to have them look at the car because we heard a clunking. The service guy says he'll set up an appt for 12-12-24. We asked about use of a loaner car and were told – “see you for the appt”, (listed as Wrrnty Repair Misc). We then get notice that a loaner car is unavailable and to connect with our salesman, ****** Coleman to get a new appt set up for use of a loaner car. We have an extended warranty on our car offered to us via the Finance man that was included when we purchased the car in 09 of 2024. On 12-14-2024 ****** had us come to Service area so that the car could be scanned because the check engine light had come on. ****** ***** met us at service area that ****** had arranged. Per ******, we had a miscommunication on the whole appointment prior and apologized. He scanned our car and said ****** would set up an appt. Next scheduled appt to get this resolved was on 01-09-2025 that included a loaner car or so I thought. The service folks insisted that I provide a debit card/cc to be able to use the loaner car. I objected to this the cc or debt card prior and again to this in the service waiting area. ***** nicely explain the whys of the cc or debit, where no one else had, even with my email to ******. We get past that point, we take loaner and they take our car to have a diagnostic scan done(why see 12-14-24). **** from Service calls to tell me the car can be fixed for $750.00 parts and labor. I tell him I was told this was warranty and would be covered. **** then told me it was something I had driven over and that the sensor area was snow packed. This originated back in late Nov 2024 before the snow and ice. I asked if we could split the cost and it was suggested I contact our salesman ****** regarding. My husband took back loaner car and was told we owed them $102.00 for the diagnostic. I begrudgingly paid with our cc and got back our car without repair. I have not yet a reply from ******.Business Response

I am sorry for the delay in getting your vehicle in. We only have a limited amount of loaner vehicles available to our customers. The service mechanic found multiple wiring pigtails cut by external forces i.e. debris, snow, rocks, creating a loud noise. For technician to continue the diagnosis further those would have to be repaired. The only charge that you had to pay was for a diagnosis which would have been the case November as well.Initial Complaint

There were chips and minor damage
to his windshield already when ***** brought in for unrelated repairs. One of the
larger chips grew to a crack while here . He came to pick the car up and brought it to our estimator's attention.
Initially, our estimator denied it due to there being other damage on the glass as
well. ***** then wanted us to submit it to insurance and they denied it. ***** then insisted it should be replaced by BSF. We agreed to split the
cost with him to replace the windshield and calibrate camera etc. He agreed to
this. When he came to pick up, he decided to redact his agreement and
said again that we should be on the hook for 100%. We reminded him of his
agreement of our deal, then he said he was going to report it.Business Response

The dealer did not resolve the issue, they failed to call me back after requesting me to call them to make it right. I call on 02/28/2024 and have yet to receive a call back. I was lied to regarding what the warranty/service contract would and would not cover by the dealer. It is a deceptive practice to sell something to a consumer that doesn't actually cover the vehicle repairs when it is based on NADA trade in value as trade in values are always lower then what you pay for a used vehicle at a dealer.Business Response

it is my understanding that as of today the customer has cancelled the service contract. The amount has been sent to the lender and will come off the principal balance. If the refund is short the original value we would be willing to participate since contract did not live up to the understood agreement. I apologize for the misunderstanding and wish the refund will resolve the complaint.Business Response

I can understand the frustration of having to pay out of pocket. The warranty covered the part of the repair they were supposed to cover and that consisted of a portion of the repair. Had you declined the coverage the repair would have been more costly out of pocket. You were able to be refunded 2100 of the 2800 purchase price; therefore you were out of pocket 2600 for the entire repair. That seems to be a great outcome since the total repair was upwards of 8000. I am sorry you wish to reject the previous assistance offered.Initial Complaint

I drive a Subaru and they claim to be Subaru certified.. They had my car for 8 months after an accident that was not my fault so the other insurance company was paying for the repairs. They returned it to me unfinished, suspiciously a day after they asked how many miles I was putting on their loaner vehicle. I almost got into a very serious accident on the interstate because they completely ruined my transmission. I had to pay out of pocket for the damage that they did to it due to improper installation and likely joyriding. I had put in a new clutch just a couple of months prior to my accident but had to fully replace it AFTER I got it back from them. To boot, there are still repairs that need to be done that they said they would contact me about in March and I have heard nothing from them. They are going to get someone killed with their negligence and were extremely shady in their business practices.Business Response
