    Very disappointed! I have always LOVED Colonial Gardens -- until last summer. I had them come out for a consultation for a landscaping project which I gladly paid $250 for. We have used them many times in the past and they have always been my go-to. But now -- another $660 later I have a beautiful plan that I did not ask for or will ever use. I did not approve anything more than the initial consult. I have contacted ******* to let her know how poorly it had been handled and she was going to get back with me -- last September. I have tried to follow up by email and phone calls and have not had any response since her initial "I will investigate and get back with you". We paid the $660 -- even though we felt we did not owe it. I am disappointed I am not getting some explanation back from them as to how this happened and how they plan to prevent it from happening to others in the future.
