    Had a car drive through my garage wall. The insurance company hired these guys, which they can't speak English. Took three tries to get my walk straight, and it still isn't. It rained tonight, and water flooded into my garage because it isn't sealed right.

    We completed repairs at Mr. ****** on 12/15/2023. He just notified us last night after 5pm of any issues with the wall. I told him we wold be right out and help him get it figured out and he denied letting us come out. After several text threads back and forth he agreed to allow us to come out and look at it as long as it wasn't a hispanic employee. We agreed and sent our inspector over immediately. When the inspector was at his house he dug up the drain pipe and Mr. ****** realized this was a preexisting issue and nothing that Raynestorm was involved in. He sent a text message apologizing for the blame.When he states it took three times for our guys to get the wall correct that is because he changed his mind on how he wanted the wall finished three times.When we originally started the wall was finished with 1/8" paneling. We upgraded them to 1/2" sheetrock for no extra cost. He told the guys he did not want finished at all. Then he decided he wanted the seams taped so the crew went back and finished the seams. Then he decided he wanted the walls completely finished and painted so the crew went back a third time to finish the walls and paint. This was all at no cost to the ******s.  During construction Mr. ****** sent several text videos with vulgar language and racist comments about the hispanic workers. Raynestorm has done nothing but try to help this family.  Raynestorm worked tirelessly with the insurance company for months and met with engineers and tore down walls for inspections and lots of man hours that were never billed to the ******s. Raynestorm has went above and beyond trying to help. We also installed a new window in the said wall for no extra charges. It has proven to be very difficult to deal with Mr. ****** as he has been vulgar and has several racist comments made to our contractors. He stated it was Hispanic that drove the car through his wall and was never properly punished and he didn't want hispanics back at his home. I have several videos and text messages with the vulgar and racist comments if needed. Raynestorm has went above and beyond trying to hep Mr. ****** but this is not an issue that Raynestorm is involved with.
