    I bought a $800 private package on September 15th and several tournament classes. I was unable to use 4 probates at $85 a lesions and one private at 25$. He called and banned my daughter after a year because she was uncomfortable with the help he has asked from me. I also asked that he send the last months money we had to pay back for both kids during sign up. He agreed but never sent it after telling other parents he is not going to pay me the $570 he owes me he sent $200 on 4/23 but still owes em $370 and refuses to acknowledge me further

    ****** **** was asked to leave my business for constantly starting drama with coaches and other parents. Her presence became an issue for our environment. Her numbers are incorrect regarding refunds. She received a full refund of $200. Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because: We were asked to leave the gym after his girl friend was upset he was
    asking em for help and he was lying to her about it  and she proceeded
    to tell me horrible things he said about my child. I then asked him for a
    refund Wednesday the 19th for the private lesions and classes he still
    owes me he agrees that amount was correct to him and only sent me $20 of
    the $560 he owes me he kept telling me he was going to send it then his
    girl friend messaged me and said since I don’t have a signed agreement I
    won’t be getting my refund when i told them listen you have hurt my
    child, attacked me and want to keep my money at-least try to make it
    right with a refund when I’m banded because you have a jealous girl
    friend who is upset I helped but he was asking me for things as well. I
    would like my daughter $360 back out of her child support so she can use
    it towards another gym.
