    This company has called me multiple times over the past few years asking to follow up on a quote from 4+ years ago. I have told each call center person to remove me from their list and they apparently do not. The call today was enough for a review. I asked them to take me off their list and the person was rude then started laughing at me and hung up. I did not swear, I was not rude. The lack of respect and failure to comply with multiple requests to be removed from their system should be addressed somehow. Please use caution when conducting business with them.

Additionally, upon reviewing the recording of your recent call with our agent, we found no instances of rudeness or inappropriate behavior from our representative.

    I contracted this company to install windows and siding. 4 of the 5 windows are damaged. They caused damage to a section of my roof. They damaged solar lights and gutter extensions. I don't believe the windows are sealed up good. I complained to the company and **** came out and looked at everything. I was told everything would be fixed but as of now nothing has been fixed.

    I scheduled a time for an estimate to be done for new siding. Notified that day that they could not come out, and we rescheduled. Sales person came out and took measurements for estimate. Did not give me an estimate on site, and asked for me email which I did provide. Said he would have a rough estimate sent to me in a couple days. It is now a week later and no estimate...I have also sent an email to the office, and no reply. The sales man that did come out was very off putting and seemed to want to get out as soon as possible. No products were shown to me besides a pan-flit. Sales man was very eager to leave, and did not say bye until I stopped him and said my closing statements. I have attempted to reach out to the company again with no reply.

    Both owners have attempted to reach out to the customer and left voicemail to understand what exactly happened with our product specialist. We would love to offer a remedy and the owners are more than happy to personally deliver a quote.
