    This company has taken payments for service and not fulfilled the services. We have tried on multiple attempts to contact the office with no response. I have recorded every attempt to call this company and they never answer or return the call.

    Good Morning, Not sure why this is a complaint. I have checked and reviewed the account and there is nothing wrong with anything that I can see. There were times that this person has been late on her invoices. She was recently talked to at the beginning of September. As far as everything looks her account is in great standing.

    Also, mistakes do happen.

    She lives in a duplex, and they keep their containers together. They removed her container by mistake and had it redelivered 1 business day later due to it being a holiday weekend. She called on a Friday and it was redelivered that Tuesday. Monday was a holiday. We in the office did not personally remove her container. It was an honest mistake, and we made it right as fast as possible. We all work really hard. Phones are ringing nonstop and we now have 4 people in the office the last couple of months, so calls are rarely missed. If this were AAA it would be months before a container was redelivered and they wouldn't care about your frustration. We apologized, we were sincere, we felt her frustration. No one wants a container removed on a holiday weekend. The way she has handled every situation on her account has been negative. The container removal was the only thing we are accounting for and we made it right immediately. We were very sorry. Our reviews and our service is amazing and people rave about us being the best trash company that Blue Springs and Grain Valley needed.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Since I have notified the BBB of Lie's Trash Service lack of customer service/providing services that were already paid for - Lie's has retaliated by taking the dumpsters once again on 10.9.2024 @ 12:42pm despite our account being paid in full until 11.1. 2024.  On 10.9.2024 I received 2 calls: the first came in at 11:36am and a voice mail was recorded but no actual message just the sounds of screaming children for 9 seconds. The second call came in at 11:37am and a voice mail was recorded that lasted 7 seconds but gave no information just silence. I have everything recorded for record. 
    The day the trash containers were taken 10.9.2024 we got another invoice for 11.1.2024 - 1.31.2025. Another reason this there is communication problems with Lie's Trash Service. 
    Lie's Trash Service was great in the beginning but they have failed to provide proper customer service now that they are getting to be a bigger company. Lie's is now retaliating because there is a complaint. 
    We need to be reimbursed for the month of October since Lie's is refusing service. 
    We have tried on multiple attempts to get an itemized bill but this still cannot be provided to us by Lie's Trash Service. I have left multiple ways for this to get to us but still no response from Lie's Trash Service.
