    I do not recommend this office. Fist the office manager, ***** continued to argue with me that the dentist was not a Ppo. She continued to collect money from me as if he was not a Ppo. She told me both dentist had to be the same because they are in the same office. Then she said it was a glitch in the insurance company software. The office owed me about 800 dollars and she said they would zero my bill if I go someplace else. They still have.not put a crown on or refunded my money. She tried to blame me again and said I refused to come in for the crown and said she had it recorded in a phone call. Then she changed her story and said I refused to come in via email. I never refused. She has never called me to issue my refund, placing blame on me again saying I should have known they don't keep card info and can't do a refund without my card. Would a competent office manager simply call the patient and say, "I am ready to issue your refund, if you can provide me your card info now" instead she blamed me and said I should have known. Check your insurance claims and don't pay .ore then your EOB says you need to pay. She will over charge you. Stay away from here.
