    My daughter was seen at Bolivar eye care in November/October we paid $90 for contact exam and test contacts. On December ****************************************************************************** still dont have money back. I requested my childs whole file so I can go to new clinic they wont do that and Im out money no contacts and no file take to new office to get contacts.

    I am writing to address a complaint submitted by Mrs. ******** regarding services at Bolivar Eye Care, where I previously worked as an optometrist. I understand her frustration, and I want to clarify a few points for accuracy and resolution.
    Mrs. ********* statements about her experience are truthful and reflect valid concerns. I agree with her assessment, and it is unfortunate that she encountered such issues. However, I need to clarify that I am not, nor have I ever been, the owner of Bolivar Eye Care. The business is owned by ****** and **** ****. While I was employed there, I did not have managerial or ownership authority over the practice's operations or policies.
    The concerns raised in Mrs. ********* complaint align with some of the reasons I made the decision to leave Bolivar Eye Care and establish my own optometry practice, ******************* My goal in starting this new clinic is to provide a higher standard of patient care and address many of the shortcomings I witnessed in my previous role.
    I kindly request that you forward Mrs. ********* complaint to ****** and **** ****, the appropriate business owners of Bolivar Eye Care, for their review and response. They are the parties who can best address her concerns and take appropriate actions.

    I have been waiting 3 months for replacement lens of my glasses that are under warranty. I was told up to 8 weeks when I asked May 7th to have new lenses made. Now I am told next week, just like last week, and the week prior. The person, *********************, is the only one who can call the company, but conveniently is never in the office. I can not get the name or number of whom does thier lenses. Plus when I asked for a refund after they handed me my percription again ****** is the only one who can answer that as well. All I want is my lenses. After 3 months I am tired of there run around. Please help.

    I have tried reaching the patient by phone, but have been unsuccessful in reaching her.  We have replaced the frame under warranty, and patient has received that.  We are replacing the lenses under warranty, but they have not been returned from the lab as of today.

    We reached a deal. They got the glasses. I got my money back.
