On April 1, 2024 we purchased a Clothes Washer from the showroom floor. At the time it was between other machines. It was delivered the next day April 2, 2024 and when the delivery guys unloaded it ( it was not in a box or covered) I noticed a dent in one side. I asked the delivery guys if they done it and they said no. I informed them I wasn't happy with it having a dent so one guy called the office and put us on speaker phone. He spoke with the sales lady which was ********************* and told her there was a dent in the washer. She had him take a photo of the dent and sent to her. After she received the photo she said they would issue a $20 refund and we would receive a check in the mail. I verbally agreed to this and accepted the washer and signed for the delivery. On April 16, 2024 we hadn't received a check so I called the store and spoke to ***** and told her we hadn't received a check yet. She said she would let the owner (*******) know.On May 3, 2024 we still hadn't received a check so I went to the store and spoke with ***** and told her we hadn't received the check and asked her if she knew when we might receive it. She again said she would let the owner ******* know and we would receive a check. She said ******* was having issues with her back.Today is May 14, 2024 and we still haven't received a check or any correspondence from the store or owner as to the refund check.I'm filing this complaint as I feel like the store owner has had adequate time to issue the refund check for $20.I would like to receive the $20 refund check that was supposed to be mailed and/ or be given an explanation as why we aren't receiving it. In my opinion this is not good customer service.
