      I purchased a car two days ago. We gave them money; $750 as a down payment. They were to get the car inspected, but it didn't pass. There were many issues with the car. I have the title (they didn't spell my name correctly). I also have the sales agreement which details the cost of the car ($7500) and the finance fee ($2314.) I have waited two days for them to call me and let me know what is going on with the car. I have to call them. They promise to call but they don't call back. We don't have the car and we don't have the money we put down on it. We live quite a distance away from them.

      YES WE KEPT THERE CAR FOR TO DAYS DO TO THE FACT THAT IT DIDNT PASSED SAFTY INSPECTION , WE HAD TO GET IT REPAIRED AND RE INSPECTED SHE HAS CONTACTED HIGHWAY PATROL AND THEY HAVE STTED THAT WE HAVE DONE EVERYHTING THAT WE ARE SUPPOSE TO DO SHE HAS HER VEHICELE AND IS DRIVING IT , WE HAVE PAID INVOICES TO WHERE IT WAS REPAIR AS WELL AS A PASSED SAFTY INSPECTION SLIP . CUSTOMER DOESNT UNDERSTAND THAT REPAIRS HAD TO BE DONE AND PAERTS HAD TO BE ORDERED AND THAT WE COULDNT CONTROL HOW LONG IT TOOK FOR PARTS TO COME IN , SHE TEST DROVE THE VEHCILE ANED HER WORDS"LOVED it" SHE HASNT ADDRESSED ANY MORE CONCENRS WITH US AS WELL SHE BOUGHT AN AS IS NO DEALER WARRENTY WE DIDNT CALL ER BECUASE SHE CALLED US EVERY DAY AND I TOLD HER WE WOULD CALLHER AS SOON AS IT WAS READY , I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT ITS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO RUSH THE MECHIANCS BECUASE THEY ARE TRYING TO DO AN ACCURATE REPAIR JOB . WE ALSO DONT DO ARE OWN SAFTY INSPECTIONS THEY ARE SENT OUT TO CERTIFIED SAFTY INSPECTION STATIONS .
