  I built a home with Country Tek in which the builder, **** ******** used Sho-Me Drywall for the dry wall company. I have a 1 year warranty on my home post closing to notify the warranty of repairs. Sho-Me Drywall staff have been to my home once in which refused to return to finish work so we planned to reschedule. Upon rescheduling, there was a conflict with my work schedule so a reschedule was asked. Sho-Me Drywall staff "showed up" to my home a second time but did not ring my doorbell, did not knock on the door, did not call me, told the warranty company "he waited outside my home for 10 min." I spoke with the warranty company regarding Sho-Me Drywall was a "no-show". In addition to refusing to do the work, the condescending, unprofessional, degrading sexist way the staff spoke with me. My neighbors checked their cameras/video system and did not show any car or truck pull into our court or into my driveway. I have tried to reschedule but they are refusing to.

  THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO YOUR LETTER WE WENT TO HER HOUSE AS SCHEDULED FIRST TIME SHE WAS NOTIFIED TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCED 
  WE WERE COMING SHE FAILED TO PUT UP STICKERS WERE SHE WANTED TOUCHED UP FROM HOUSE SETTLING NONE OF REPAIRS ARE FROM 
  ARE WORKMANSHIP JUST NATURAL HOUSE SETTLING ISSUES SO WE TOLD HER WE CAN RESHEDULE SO WE GAVE HER A MONTH TO DO HER 
  STICKERS THE DAY WE WERE SUPPOSE TO COME SHE CANCELED SO WE RESCHEDULED AGAIN THE THIRD TIME WE HAD A TIME AND DATE OF 
  7.30 IN MORNING WENT THERE KNOCKED ON DOOR AND RANG DOOR BELL WHICH WAS RING CAMERA NO RESPONCE CALLED BUILDER AND 
  TOOK PICTURE OF FRONT OF HOUSE TO SHOW BUILDER WE WERE THERE AND HE SAID OKAY HE WOULD LET WARRANTY COMPANY KNOW
