    Should have known they werent BBB accredited. Brought us one load of gravel, called to get some more they were suppose to call us back, they didnt. Supposedly they had the new COVID, I asked her to call back when better, didnt. I called again and was told shed call back the next day, didnt. Were done.

    I am terribly sorry you felt that you had to leave a negative review on BBB. I am also sorry that you feel that we done you so terribly. Last time I spoke with you, you said that you were not in a big hurry. I was hauling the rock at a big discount and was going to give you an even better discount. You didn't pre pay for anything. We delivered what you paid for. I am sorry I disappointed you and I apologize. We have a great reputation but can only do as much as we can do. It's only my husband and my son that does the hauling. Also I can send you the medical test they have on my medical record showing the Covid diagnosis if you wish. I tried to screen shoot it but it would not let me they have some sort of system that doesn't allow you to take a photo of the page on the patient portal. Hope you have a blessed day and again I am sorry for your bad feelings towards us and me.

    I am sorry that we can't get to everyone who calls. We NEVER take payments in advance. We get paid once the work is complete or materials are delivered. We stay extremely busy being an established business of nearly 30 years. The lady was so pleased with the first 2 times we delivered rock and spread it that she called again to have more rock delivered. It is the time of year that we are extremely busy and some people don't want to wait. Other times we can get to them quickly. It's sad that an impatient person can leave a negative review that simply isn't patient,
