    I ordered a Proform exercise bike on ******. The bike didn’t work, I called ****** and they told me to call the manufacturer first, I did and they set up to have a company come out to fix the bike.
    The appointment was weeks later and we decided to return the bike and cancelled the appointment.
    The person called me refusing to say who he was and when I said I didn’t need the appointment he began screaming at me saying he was on his way to my house anyway to get his money. I never agreed to a contract and had no idea there was a charge, and became scared.
    My husband called him back and he again refused to give his name and said he was putting a Lein on our house and hung up.
    I got an email for a $130 service charge.

    Upon looking in to this the customer was contacted by our office to set up an appointment for repair. We had to wait on the parts to arrive from the manufacture. They were to arrive 2 weeks after we received the work order. The customer stated on a recorded line that she may just return the machine. When said customer stated this she was asked that if she did to please contact us and let us know as she was 3 and a half hours from us and also we could put another customer in that spot. When the tech was on his way the customer received a text message stating that he was on his way, when he was 15 minutes away he called her to let her know. She then started saying that she took the machine back. She stated that the store was supposed to cancel the appointment. The tech tried to explain that it is not up to the store to cancel an appointment maid by her. He explained that he would have to still show up and get pictures of him being there so that the company gets the trip charge from the manufacture. The customer started screaming that she didn't want him to have pictures of her house. The tech tried to explain that since he drove the 3 1/2 hours he had to so that he still gets paid. She started cussing the tech. With her first cuss word the tech told her that he would not put up with being talked to like that and would disconnect the call. She kept on about how she didn't want him to show up. He simply stated that it was per the companies contract with the manufacture he had to. Upon being cussed at for a third time the tech disconnected the call. After the Pictures were uploaded and the company invoice out the husband called the tech screaming and cussing. The tech simply hung up and blocked the customers number.
