    09-09-2022, 10:30am, I placed a breakfast order on the new ******** app where my order was to be fulfilled through the store in *********** as a delivery to my home. They used DoorDash as their delivery service. i gave explicit directions to where i live since it's in a rural area. I waited 2 hours and the delivery driver never showed up. Contacted ******** about this issue and both managers told me it wasn't their problem, to contact ********* which I did and they told me it wasn't their problem. Contacted ******** app and the headquaters numerous times through emails and neither responded. A *********** the hill found my order on his porch where it sat in the sun for over 8 hrs. They have passed the buck or totally ignored me. I spent $45.66 and i just want a total refund for the food that wasn't delivered to me.. Thank you for your time.

    Dear Incompetent Corporation,
    Here is all the info you need tolook up my order that I never got. I've been contacting you people since September about this matter but apparently you all are too stupid to resolve it . Maybe a formal complaint to the Secretary of State   BBB, and *********************** of Channel 4 News here in ******** might help just one of you idiots understand just how screwed up *** people are. And maybe a lawsuit of a h*** of a lot more than $45.66 might just make you wish you paid me a long time ago.

Good Morning,  I will be more than happy to refund her order for her even though we did fill the order and sent it out with Door **** who delivered it to the wrong address, seems like an unfortunate series of events that happened with her order being delivered to wrong house, so we will be happy to refund her money to her since she didn't receive her food.
