      Have an invoice of $10,000 dated 14 September 2024 (companys address *****************************************) to move a double wide (28x80) mobile home from one location to another. Agreement was to prep for delivery, remove everything from original premises, transport to the property of ***** State Route K, *********** and complete setup. Company requested $4000 up front to prep the mobile home for transportation and while the crew was separating the mobile home for transportation they failed to support one half of the mobile home which caused damage to the roof. The mobile home did not get delivered until 9 October 2024. Receipt shows paid the remaining $6000 with a completion date of setup by 15 October 2024. As of 19 November 2024, conversation though numerous text messages asking when they will be out to complete the job and their response has been excuses and multiple promises that they will get it completed. Job still is not done! Request to get job done right ASAP or give us back $5000 so we can get someone else to do setup. Their invoice showed $3000 charged on setup and fair estimated cost of $1500 to fix damage from dip in roof due to crew failing to support the other half of mobile home. Also list the company at a zero rating for they are not reliable and fail to complete the job!

      I cut my finger almost off on the breakdown of there home and had to be rushed to hospital where they stocked it back and I broke the tip clean off I had a 8 week healing process and they are on the schedule to have there home setup they just do not understand or care only care about there home but I had to heel .so they are due to get out back together between now and next week if it's not raining thank you and sorry to waste your ******** other than due to the 8 week setback with my finger they are not the only customers waiting for us to do there home several customers are waiting and do not mind we will get to them when we can .

      This is the first time we heard of an eight week recovery time for he had responded by text multiple times that he would try to make it this day and promised to be done by another time. If you check L & M ******** page (***** *******) it shows other work is being done past 9 October. to current .    
      The only thing we heard after one of our text messages asking the status was that he was in the hospital for five days due to the finger. Which he responded on 28 October saying h*** have his guys there by that Saturday to get the job done.  Sad to say that didnt happen! 
      We feel we have been patient and if we knew how to pull these ongoing text messages we would be more than happy to provide that on the ongoing communication. Please  if you can provide guidance in doing this we would like to provide.  
      We received text on 14 October (5 days after transporting home) from the individual we purchased the mobile home  the blocks werent picked up from the property along with the ones they put at the ditch line along the main road.  So we went and gathered / transported all the blocks which was something L & M shouldve taken care of per part of the contract and had paid for.  
      Actually, after the company got the email from BBB; he texted saying that h*** be out here this week to get the job done.  No rain is in the forecast, but is for the following week. So from his continuing promises pray he comes through this week or if its one of his ongoing  pattern.

      Tried everything to make them happy .there still unhappy still trying make big deal over roof that rotted to begine with it's not a new home it's used home with alot of roof damage to begine with the roof need replaced ...we are not going to continue these games with them if they have any issues with are performance there is a civil court and also are insurance ..but as far as making them happy I had broken finger and was cut almost off ..I'm done dealing with them it took 8 weeks to heel then I was behind several homes by then .they don't understand then move on we can make everyone happy even though we try

      After talking with Better Business Bureau this morning; regarding the phone call we received Friday night (22 November) from Mr ******* they forwarded his response sent to BBB Friday evening. They said this complaint is at a closure and discussed there rating given on the company will  be filed.  I thanked them for assisting in trying to facilitate an unsuccessful resolution to this matter.
