    We sold our RV last year (August) but still had $$ remaining on an extended warranty contract with them. According to the warranty if you produced paperwork they would pro-rate a refund. After almost a year of working for our refund we were delighted to receive a check last week. Only to discover today THE CHECK BOUNCED and ******** our checking account!! NEVER do business with these people. I do not know how they are still in business. They are unscrupulous and over the last year have never returned phone calls or emails. The warranty company intervened and we did get a check but it was worthless. Ill update if they decide to make it right.

    I would not recommend legacy rv to anyone. in fact I will be going out of my way to inform everyone I meet and come across of the incompetent business practices they employ. Was led on for a week. was told my term, payment and down payment. Gave them **** dollar down payment only for them the day before I was to pick up my rv that now my term was shortened by 5 years and my payment to be doubled. The only thing I credit to them is they did refund my ************************************************************************************************************ after that they don't even have a title for it. this place is a joke as a business.
