    On September 28, 2022, I paid Perkins Electrical Services $7000 for a generator to be installed at our home for emergency backup electricity. By December 2022, we were still waiting for the installation of the generator and the propane tank from the gas company. Due to the propane company's failure to keep their scheduled appointments with us and Perkins Electrical Services failure to communicate with us in a timely manner, I decided to cancel the installation of the generator and propane tank. I informed Perkins Electrical Services of this decision by phone on December 8, 2022, and again on December 12, 2022. At this time, Mr. ********************** was uncommitted as to how he wanted to resolve the cancellation of the generator installation at our home. Phone calls on December 14th, 15, and 16th, did not provide any resolution. I did not call again until January 10, 2023. At that time, Mr. ********************** said he would cut a check next week. I took him at his word and let three weeks pass with no check or communication. On January 31, 2023, I called his cell phone and it said he was not receiving any calls. I called the business phone and a woman employee answered. I asked if Mr. ********************** was still going to send the check and she said he had been so busy he hadn't had time to write the check. But she did indicate that the check would be coming soon. I have not had contact with Perkins Electrical Services since that date. I would consider this matter resolved when I get a check for $7000.00 from Perkins Electrical Services of *****************. I truly hope that you can resolve this matter for me and my family. I do not wish to take this company to court and cause them unwanted publicity and I do not wish to give them a bad review. We want and need our $7000 back as it is ours and we have incurred a big financial setback that I had to use my credit card to pay for. Thank you for considering to help us.
