Contract signed with Company 11/18/2022 Contract was a construction contract to construct a log cabin in *********, ** with a completion date of being in the spring of 2024. payments have been as follows:6/23/2022 $38,000 to reserve him.11/22/22 $297977.50 down payment Since then we have paid him $537417.80 for a grand total of $762142.30 He does not stay on the job, he takes months off at a time, is extremely rude and treats us like dirt. the last response we received from him when we asked why he again removed all of his trailers from the property, with no material left behind, as to when he would be returning, his response was "Ok i would back off or I'll get slower. You have complained and changed enough." We have not changed anything, we dont even know what we are getting, and when we ask about things we are told to "Deal with it". He has over $185610 of material that we have already paid for, but it is not on the jobsite. If it was we would be able to either do some of the work ourselves or hire family members. We want our money back for materials that has been spent, work that has been paid for but not completed. We want a drop dead time line for him to finish the project. or deliver our material and move on. We have multiple other clients that will back us that have been through this already. There are pages of lawsuits against him on MO Case net, he has been run out of the state of **** and ************ for doing the same thing there as he is doing to people here in **. how can you even allow him to be on BBB with a history like this? please please please help us. We have had to move, redo on a roof on a old house so we could temporarily live in it. we have 3 kids still at home. we need help bad. He is using our money to fund other projects. lumber yards and other contractors refuse to work with him as well. We have emails, texts, recordings all proving what we are saying if needed. everything was to big to attach on this form.
