      Dont do it. They dont give you money off for auto withdraw. If u cut service they conttinue to charge. Service ***** 4 days no internet. And optimun is $50 cheaper a month same speed

      We offer a $5/month discount for customers who are enrolled in autopay and paperless billing. Your account originally was only signed up for autopay, which did not give you the $5/month discount. However, we see that your account was enrolled in paperless billing on 5/6/25 after you called us for clarification.

      Regarding the service outage, our records indicate that you were given a bill credit of $14.95 on 5/6/25 for the 5-day inconvenient outage you experienced.
