I have used save on Branson a few times and they were great however this time they lied to me. The presentation was supposed to be 90 min. And the first email confirmed 90 min. Then the second one stated 90 min. When I go on site. **** was so rude. I explained to him that it was supposed to be 90 min. And he stated that was for people with kids under 5. What the h*** they should have told us that up front. Then then gave us our package told us to go to point royal and lord know that was incorrect had to back to ************** to check in. . Let's talk about the condo. Recliner was broke, beds very cheap never again

Friendly staff. We did have to complete a 90 minute travel club presentation that was not high pressure at all. We got a great deal for sitting through it as well.

The first person I talked to was very helpful. The ***** show canceled. They said come back and they would give us another tour. The only thing its too hard finding your way around. The hotel, ********************* is over booked not enough parking. All handicap spots were full. The room was supposed to be handicap room, low toilet stool, tub shower curtain was terrible and tub slick wit not enough safety handles. Totally unacceptable and unsafe. Would not recommend anyone to stay there here.

This was an awful experience. I had to agree to a 90 minute presentation to get the prices and tickets I wanted. They asked several times about my income. I was honest and told them the truth. When I went to the presentation, they had me write down my hourly rate and asked if I worked 40 hours a week. Of course I said yes. After waiting about 30 minutes in the hot sun, I was told I did not qualify for the tour. When I explained, that in addition to my income from work, I received social security, they said they do not accept social security. This had never been discussed with me, EVER. Considering Save on Branson asked my age, it should be obvious I was drawing a social security check. Again, no one ever asked. When I returned to Save on Branson with my paper that said I did not qualify for the tour of the property, I was accused of lying to "them" about my income. They went on to tell me they don't know the rules for the property management and can't speak for them. She said I should have told them the same thing I told Save on Branson, I never got that opportunity. When I mentioned I also **** social security, the property liaison said that doesn't count for them, even though it is income into my bank account. The lady at ********************** said she could discount the fee I owed them and I could have my package at their cost. I agreed and handed her my card. I told her to charge my card and I would be contacting the BBB. The Save on Branson representative told me to keep my money and they would never do business with me again. I told them the feeling was mutual. To sum this up, a perfectly good time was almost spoiled by the "hidden agenda". They send people to this property all the time and you can never make me believe they don't know the property does not count social security as income. Then to be called a liar, just topped it off. I would not recommend Save on Branson to anyone. Will someone please tell the *** that social security doesn't count as income?

Their discounts are contingent on you completing a 90-minute timeshare presentation. That was not disclosed up-front (otherwise I would not have done business with them). I checked all 5 e-mails I received from them. The only thing mentioned at the bottom of one was "attend a 90-minute presentation". No mention of "timeshare". This was a preliminary confirmation that alluded to a forthcoming "official confirmation", but I never received such an e-mail. Instead, apparently they tried contacting me by phone. The phone I had listed was an office/Internet phone, and their call attempts were outside my business (8am-5pm M-F) hours. So the calls were not answered. We arrived, I called them to ask what we needed to do to receive our show tickets, and was told everything had been canceled because we missed the timeshare promo. We never received notice (in writing) of a date/time for this presentation. We had to go there, re-purchase the package and apply for a refund. They refunded the amount of the original purchase which I received today. So, two issues. One, they should follow through on doing what they discussed, i.e., send the "official" confirmation mail and disclose FULLY what a) the presentation consists of, and b) precisely what is required. This is 2023, not ****. Phone calls don't cut it anymore. People don't answer them, and this is an exchange of quite a bit of money for services. That needs to be laid out in writing and terms fully disclosed. We did attend the presentation and were told to participate, which I did. They DID **** us down as having successfully completed the presentation, and we received our discounts. Bottom line ... it's not just this business, this is how Branson itself works. The whole town is a giant cash register. If you are looking for "discounts", be advised, there are some strings attached. If you choose to do business with them, ask for all terms up-front, and if something happens you don't like, well, be an adult and work with them.

We didn't get to see any shows. They booked the times for when they wanted not when it was convenient to us and we didn't realize it until the next day. The manager is rude bat and lazy. They charge $49 for a white glove concierge treatment. That's the biggest joke ever. Won't give me back my $49 they kept the $69 we left early because we couldn't see any shows and they put them 8:00 at night when it was supposed to be 2:00 in the afternoon. They said the office of wine tasting and neither myself or wife drink. I called and spoke to the manager today and she was the same lady that tried to go to a wine tasting event when we don't do it and it was like that was a big deal. It's places like this that will end up destroying Branson because they're nothing but lying thieves. I'll just end up going to my bank and cancel my credit card and get my money back because I didn't authorize it.

There are many vacation companies offering entertainment deals in Branson. We are so thankful we worked with Save on Branson. The reps were professional and very helpful. My husband and I received an email with the a free show voucher and discount coupons. When we arrived in Branson, we visited the Save on Branson location to decide what show to see and to take advantage of other deals. Every show recommended by Save on Branson was great! Save on Branson also helped our 4 friends with recommendations and deals. Thanks again! We are all planning a **** trip back to Branson and will definitely work with Save on Branson again.

I had a terrible experience with Save on Branson. They provided many false promises when selling me a vacation package. It was impossible to listen to all the conversations clearly, as they attached a hook to everything and constantly pushed additional expenses and fees. When I finally received my itinerary, it was nothing like what they promised, with many key features missing. When I attempted to contact their customer service to resolve the issue, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who refused to take responsibility for the false promises they made. Save on Branson is not a reputable business and should be avoided at all costs.

My wife reviewed the ****** reviews for this service in Branson MO. The reviews seemed good so my wife contacted Vendor (Save on Branson, by phone) The phone rep was very polite and helpful, but how things changed once we purchased event tickets, and agreed to attend a promotional event in order to receive a ticket discount. My wife and I attended the promotional event, and was told that my wife and I did NOT qualify, because our annual income level did not meet the promotional event requirements. We were told to return to Save On Branson, Office. We returned to the Save On Branson, and meet with a Manager, who told my wife that in order to ensure the event tickets that were purchased prior remain valid, an additional payment of $162.00 is required or the tickets would be marked invalid. My wife was told by management to provide fraudulent income data on required forms in order to receive the event ticket discount, and attend additional promotional event. My wife refused to provide false income information and advised the manager that she had already attended the promotional event as previously agreed. At no time in any correspondence with this company was there stated a minimum income was required to receive an event discount. Please use caution in dealing with this company.
